Release of the UHF Half Duplex RFI-450H
Thursday, February 16, 2006

RF Innovations is proud to announce the commercial release of the RFI-450 UHF Half Duplex product in the RFI-Crescendo series.

The UHF Crecsendo offers Window-based GUI support (Cruise Control) for trouble-free configuration and remote diagnostics, and a comprehensive front-panel display for immediate fault finding.

Built-in Forward Error Correction (FEC), Cyclic Redundancy Checking (CRC) and a 10W design for a 5W radio, are only a few of the features that ensure total data reliability and error-free links.

Available in both 25 kHz and 12.5 kHz channelling, the RFI-Crescendo UHF provides fixed fequency communications. A maximum transmit power of 5 Watt (+37dBm) and air rate of 9.6kbps (12.5kHz channels) / 19.2kbps (25kHz channels) make it the ideal choice for long-range applications with even the most demanding realtime constraints.

The unit is suitable for use withmost industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, TDE and Hayes Command protocols.
